We are Sylvie Caouette, Nicole Paradis and Benoit Goupil. We are all businesspeople with proven track records but first and foremost we are all people of heart.
Nicole is the gateway to Bien Chez Soi Laval-North Shore; she is a very attentive listener and presents all the options available for every situation presented to her.
Sylvie then takes over the coordination between Bien Chez Soi and the family and provides essential and effective follow-up with the other members of the organization.
Benoit provides support for the development of a rapidly growing company and is advised behind the scenes by two seasoned business partners: Serge Caouette and Alain Com-Nougue.
Together, we want to improve the quality of life of our customers and their loved ones by offering them the same support and care they would provide to their own families. Our mission is clear and cannot be achieved without two major assets: the customer/Caregiver pairing AND a team of women and men with intestinal fortitude.
Bien Chez Soi is all about providing caring support to help ease the burden on families faced with various realities.
Our services extend from Laval to St-Jérôme and westward to the Outaouais. Our customer/Caregiver pairing that is the cornerstone of Bien Chez Soi.
A needs assessment is carried out during an in-home meeting with the customer and/or his or her family. At that point, it becomes a matter of identifying the Bien Chez Soi employee who is the best match for the requirements of the situation.
Consideration is given not only to the employee’s skills but also to his or her personality in order to ensure the development of a bond of closeness and, in turn, a stable, long-lasting relationship between the employee and the customer.
This “privileged” pairing facilitates regular supervision with the same employee and promotes a reassuring routine. This concern for consistency and continuity is a priority for Bien Chez Soi.
