For the past fourteen years, our network has been supporting the public health system through the Home Support Program (HSP), whether it is for home health care services, post-hospital reintegration or general day-to-day needs.

Bien Chez Soi is accredited by the Alzheimer Society and has successfully completed the required training program. We are thus able to develop the knowledge required to appropriately assist people with Alzheimer’s disease. Since we want to provide the best possible support to our care recipients, we offer continuous training sessions to ensure that we are aware of the latest advances that might have a beneficial effect on your daily life.
We understand that it is important for you to be able to move from one place to another conveniently and in complete confidence. To give you this freedom of movement, Bien Chez Soi has partnered with the STM and its paratransit service. Sent out to all our customers and employees on a regular basis, these surveys take the pulse of our community and guide us in the actions we need to take to maintain the high quality of our services.
What could be more exhausting than having to repeat your story 10 times to 10 different people? To avoid this, Bien Chez Soi uses Caredove, a tool that records all important information about a customer and is accessible to all team members.
Caredove also allows us to better define the regions in which our growing franchise network has expanded, so that potential customers and employees can find their local service location without having to transfer from one place to another.
