The home services industry will experience significant growth over the next 30 years due to the aging population. Indeed, the number of seniors is expected to double. More specifically, according to the latest projections in Quebec, the number of people aged 65 and over will increase considerably, from 1.5 million to 2.3 million by 2030, and then to nearly 3 million by 2060 (source: Institut de la statistique du Québec).

Training for our new franchisees includes an observation period in the Bien Chez Soi office, followed by personalized training by one of our home support specialists. Each franchisee receives a detailed operations manual and training on home and health care services and business operations (financial management, marketing, customer service, employee recruitment, human resources management).
After this comprehensive training, you will be ready to run your own Bien Chez Soi franchise.
