Our pairing strategy allows us to find the family or families that fit your lifestyle. Our work schedule policy is based on your needs: stable schedules, full or part-time, planned one month in advance.

And to ensure that the support is suitable for you, we conduct a satisfaction survey every three months and make sure you have daily contact with your supervisor.
