Our process
How does it work?
After you have submitted the above form, a home care specialist will call you to better understand your needs and propose solutions. Following an in-home evaluation, you will be paired with one of our Caregivers.
Ensuring your well-being and satisfaction is our priority. To achieve this and to continue adapting our services to your needs, we will be in close and constant communication with you. In addition, we will survey you one week after the first visit and then twice a year.
