PERSONAL CARE ASSISTANT (PCA)

As a PCA at Bien Chez Soi, you embody kindness and empathy, providing essential and personalized support to individuals with loss of autonomy. You are their daily pillar, bringing solace, safety and reassurance with passion and dedication.

Some of your responsibilities as a Personal Care Assistant include:

Assisting with bathing and hygiene
Assisting with mobility
Assisting with meals
Respite care in-home or in facilities
Medication reminders
Post-operative and convalescent care
Care for individuals with Alzheimer's and Parkinson's
Palliative care
Assistance with daily domestic tasks
Assisting with physical therapy exercises
Organizing activities
