I founded Bien Chez Soi to address a pressing family need back in 2008. My grandparents required homecare, but the public healthcare system couldn't provide the necessary support – instead steering them towards a long-term care facility. Recognizing the growing demographic of seniors and increasing life expectancy, I quickly realized that this challenge would affect more and more families. The answer was clear: we urgently needed structured homecare services. And so, the mission of Bien Chez Soi was born: to empower seniors to choose the healthcare solutions that best suit their unique needs and desires.
