As a Homecare Nurse, you play a central role in your patients' well-being. You deliver tailored, compassionate and high-quality care in the comfort and security of their homes. Your responsibilities include overseeing their health, managing their treatments and providing support throughout their care path. You are a vital ally for your patients and their loved ones, offering invaluable care and enhancing their daily quality of life.
These are some of your responsibilities as a Homecare Nurse.
- Provide nursing care tailored to each individual’s specific needs.
- Ensure medical follow-up and treatment management.
- Perform blood draws, injections and dressings.
- Monitor the evolution of their health status.
- Educate clients and their families on homecare and treatments.
- Collaborate with other healthcare team members (doctors, nurses, caregivers, etc.).
- Ensure administrative follow-up of provided care.
- Respect protocols and standards in place for nursing care.
