My name is Cynthia Chalifour and it is my honour to be the director of Bien Chez Soi in your beautiful community of Rosemont-La Petite-Patrie!
My mission is to provide support, pair you with appropriate resources and build trust through a careful analysis of your needs.
I am originally from Quebec City and after living in Montreal for a decade, I am in love with this city. I grew up in a family that was very involved in its community.
Having a sacristan for a father and a patient care attendant for a mother, I have developed, from the time I was a child, great empathy and a deep desire to help people. As a mother of two young children, my deepest wish is to pass on to them these beautiful values of mutual aid and sharing.
With a bachelor’s degree in human resources management and an earlier degree in childhood education, I have always had a passion for people and customer service. My experience in a long-term care unit during a pandemic was an eye-opener for me and prompted me to look for a potential career path.
When I discovered Bien Chez Soi, I knew right away that I wanted to use my knowledge and my personal and professional qualities for the benefit of customers wishing to obtain family and home support services.
The well-being of people and the work-family balance are two aspects that are important to me.
Whether you need complete home and health care services or simply assistance with housekeeping, meal preparation, companionship or nanny services, our main objective is to relieve you of such chores on a daily basis, in accordance with your personal situation.
All the requests we receive are different from one another; we adapt to your lifestyle and to the needs of you and your family.

Our employees are carefully selected based on several criteria; they have the necessary diplomas or certifications when these are required; they have experience in the service requested; they come with excellent references – but most of all they are committed to helping their community! We place equal importance on the satisfaction of our customers and our employees.
We do not operate like an agency. We select our employees based on the best possible pairing with our customers to help you with your specific needs and preserve your quality of life at home. Once the attendant has been selected, it will always be this same person who comes to provide service.
