My name is Valerie.

For many years, my university studies in computer science determined what my professional career would be.

But the need to feel useful and to make a difference has always been predominant. I used my free time to do volunteer work to help the elderly, children and sick people in a variety of ways. In 2017, I listened to my inner voice and made a 180° turn, steering myself into a professional field where I found my true values.

That’s what Bien Chez Soi is all about: listening to and helping seniors and families in our community. The acquisition of the Bien Chez Soi franchise five years ago has given me a sense of total accomplishment.

For home and health care services, our employees are paired with our customers to establish a long-term relationship of trust and allow people with a loss of autonomy to feel safe and continue to carry out their daily activities at home.

When it comes to in-home assistance for families, we believe that transferring chores related to housekeeping, meal preparation and childcare to our employees allows parents to spend more quality time with the whole family.
